Personal Coaching & Counseling (Initial 3 Sessions)
Personal coaching and counseling helps people make needed changes in ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving, and is a goal-based collaborative process. It involves a non-judgmental, supportive counselor who works with a client in telling his or her story, to set viable goals, and develop strategies and plans necessary to accomplish these goals.
It is applicable for children as well as adults, individuals, couples and families for both personal and professional issues. The duration of counseling is variable. While for some people it takes a small amount of time, in some cases as little as one or two sessions; for others, the process may last longer.
