Following are the terms that apply to all zones (Domestic as well as International)
- Ecotika will abide to norms laid down by Government of India and will not engage in sale or shipment of any banned item.
- All shipments will be facilitated by Ecotika, except for extraordinary situations in which vendors will be allowed to self ship on case to case basis.
- For all Domestic shipments Ecotika will use Surface mode of transport.
- Customers will be able to track their package using the ” Track your order” link available in the menu.
- Customers will be able to place order with different vendors in the same basket. In such a case the basket order may be split into multiple packages from various vendors.
Domestic Shipping Policy
- All shipments will be done using surface shipment modes, save for perishables or similar items.
- Shipments can be tracked using tracking facility available in the menu.
- Fulfillment time for order is in range of 2 to 4 days, depending upon the vendor and nature of order.
International Shipping Policy
- International Shipping of Liquid fertilizers is subject to carrier conditions, If the Same is not possible we will ship a powder/Non liquid equivalent of the same. In case of doubt please contact us (see Footer).
- Fulfillment time is subject to obtaining Custom clearance.
- All International orders will attract shipment charges that will be nominal.
- Shipments will be done using most economic Logistics partner available for the destination.
- Customs duty at destination if any will be the responsibility of Customer.
Others
A. Billing
The price of our Products is inclusive of all taxes. Ecotika reserves the right to collect the taxes for shipping charges wherever applicable.
B. Trademarks
All material and content on the Site, including but not limited to the images, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, logos, trademarks and/or service marks are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights (“Content”) that are owned and controlled by us or by other parties that have licensed their material to us. End Users are prohibited from using any Content for any purpose including, but not limited to use as meta-tags on other pages or sites on the World Wide Web without the written permission of Ecotika or such third party which may own the Marks. End Users are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works or using any Content available on or through the Site in anyway for commercial or public purposes.
C. Delivery
It is Ecotika’s endeavor to ship the Products to customers within 4-5 working days from the day of purchase of Product made by you. However, the duration of delivery of Products will be depending on customer location and our Logistics partner’s own processes. Delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control (“Force Majeure Event”) including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
Ecotika will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the End User arising from any delay in the delivery of the goods howsoever caused. Ecotika reserves the right to make delivery of the goods in installments. If the goods are to be delivered in installments, each delivery will constitute a separate contract. You may not treat the contract (as a whole) as repudiated if Ecotika fails to deliver any one or more of the installments or if you have a claim in respect of any one or more of the installments.
In the event you are not available to accept delivery on second attempt, Ecotika may at its discretion charge you for the additional shipping cost on the third attempt made. If you fail to take delivery of the goods, Ecotika may at its discretion charge you for the additional shipping cost. Ecotika will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the Buyer arising from any delay in the delivery of the goods howsoever caused.
